For a bus-and-train option, first ask Océan du Nord whether a connection to Franceville is operating on your dates. From Franceville, SETRAG serves Owendo station in Greater Libreville.
SETRAG currently lists Franceville–Owendo from XAF 33,100. Its website states a 10 kg hand-luggage limit and up to 30 kg in the baggage car for a XAF 1,300 flat fee. Confirm the fare, class and schedule before travelling.
